pointlss is an information tool that helps you organize the credit cards you hold, estimate their value based on information you provide, and compare publicly available card offers. we are not a bank, card issuer, lender, broker, or financial, tax or legal adviser, and we don't issue credit or take applications.

verdicts, rankings, estimates and assistant responses are general information produced automatically from the data you enter, the point values you choose and our card catalog. they are not personalized financial advice and don't consider your full financial situation.

applying for, holding or cancelling credit cards affects your credit file and can carry costs, including interest, fees and clawed-back bonuses. you're responsible for your own decisions. consider talking to a qualified professional.

card details are collected automatically from issuer websites and public sources and checked regularly, but they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and targeted offers differ from public ones. the issuer's own terms always win. always confirm details with the issuer before you apply, pay a fee or cancel. see our disclosures.

• you can use most features without an account. signing in lets you save your wallet across devices.
• keep your login secure. you're responsible for activity on your account.
• you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live (the age of majority in your province, state or territory).
• don't enter payment card numbers, account numbers or passwords anywhere in the service. we never ask for them.

• don't scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• don't use the assistant to generate unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• don't misrepresent the service as being affiliated with a bank or loyalty program.

the assistant uses a third-party ai model to explain your wallet. responses can be wrong or incomplete. it receives a summary of your wallet (card names, estimated values and settings), never your name or email. don't rely on it for decisions without checking the details.

card, issuer, network and loyalty program names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify products. we don't display issuer logos or card artwork. the pointlss name, design and code belong to us.

the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. we don't guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

to the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions made using the service, including fees, interest, lost points or declined applications. nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

we may update the service or these terms. if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, let signed-in users know. you can stop using the service and delete your saved data at any time from your account page.

these terms are governed by the laws of the province of ontario and the federal laws of canada that apply there, unless the consumer protection laws where you live say otherwise.
